ONLINE ORDERS
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during office hours. On placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once payment has been received by us and your order fulfilled, we'll send an email confirming your order has been dispatched along with tracking details. We aim to process orders within 7 working days. In all instances we will keep you updated on your order status.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices shown on our website are in GBP £ and include VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time but will always honour the price at the point at which you place your order.
We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as payments by Paypal.
SHIPPING

Where applicable, you are responsible for any customs charges / import duties such as VAT, duties and clearing fees due at the destination country.
AVAILABILITY
If the quantity you've requested for a product is not in stock, contact us on +44 20 7717 5397 or shop@tordboontje.com.
If on the rare occasion we do not have enough stock to fulfil your order, we will contact you with an estimated date of availability.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us by phone or email quoting your order number. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation by email.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if one of the following conditions applies:
- We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
- Incorrect listing of price or product description on our website
- Non-authorisation of payment
DESCRIPTIONS AND VARIATIONS
Product colour, dimensions and descriptions are portrayed as accurately as possible. However, products may vary slightly from images on the website due to photographic conditions and the production process.
We reserve the right to amend product descriptions at anytime.
Some of our products are made by hand and use natural materials and colours. Some variation in colour and form from product to product may occur. We hope you appreciate these variations as we do.
