Returns

You can return a product within 28 days of receiving the goods.
The product must be in a good resalable condition, in its original packaging and with instructions where applicable. The product must not have any sign of usage or be marked in any way. A refund will only be issued once the product has been confirmed to be in a saleable condition. If deemed not resalable, we reserve the right to retain the item or the goods can be returned to you at your cost.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
You will need to return goods to us with a copy of the Order Confirmation.
The original delivery charges will not be refunded and the return of goods is at your own cost. Please ensure the products are packaged carefully and retain proof of postage. Payment will be credited within 30 days by the same method used to purchase the goods.

FAULTY GOODS
On receipt of your order, if the goods are damaged or faulty please notify us within 48 hours. Any faulty or broken goods will need to be returned to us before a replacement is dispatched. All shipping for faulty goods will be covered by us.

WARRANTY
Our products are covered by a 3 year warranty from the date of the invoice / delivery note. If a product develops a fault during this period, you should notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the issue, we may replace the faulty part or the whole product. If we cannot replace a product (for example out of stock) we will give you a refund.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, light bulbs, or if you do not follow our product instructions or care advise. Any modification made to the product will void the warranty.
