We ship internationally. Our shipping rates for the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World are outlined below.
All orders are trackable and must be signed for.
The total value of your order will be calculated at checkout and the appropriate charge applied to your order.
Where applicable, you are responsible for any customs charges / import duties due at the destination country.

Once your order has been processed, goods will be dispatched to the specified delivery address. If your package arrives damaged, please sign for the consignment as ‘damaged’ and notify us immediately.
Unfortunately, there may occasionally be delays to your delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. We cannot however accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
EU orders, please note:
As a result of the UK leaving the EU, all orders going to an EU country are now subject to additional VAT and import handling charges. The amount depends on which country you are in.
You will need to pay the VAT to your country’s customs. This varies between 17% and 27% of the order value, depending on your country. In addition, there will be a handling charge from the courier company (UPS, DHL or FedEx) which can be £10 or more.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a text or email from the courier about the VAT and charges, and how to pay this.
Delivery time:
Deliveries to the EU normally take 3–5 days, depending on the customs clearance. As soon as we book the shipping for your order, we will send you the tracking number and you can follow the delivery.
Deliveries inside the UK normally arrive in 2 working days from shipping.
