Orders are only processed during our shop opening hours. On placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once payment has been received by us, we'll send an invoice and a separate email confirming your order has been dispatched. We aim to process orders within 3 working days. In all instances we will keep you updated on your order status.

Gift cards are available to purchase in denominations of £10, £25, £50, £100 and £200 and are non-refundable.
They are currently not valid for online purchases and can only be used in our shop in Shoreditch, London.
Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on our website are in GBP £ and include VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time but will always honour the price at the point at which you place your order.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, as well as Paypal.
If the quantity you've requested for a product is not in stock, contact us on +44 20 7717 5398 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If on the rare occasion we do not have enough stock to fulfil your order, we will contact you with an estimated date of availability.
Cancellation and Amendments
Orders can be cancelled or amended within 24 hours from placing the order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the shop by phone or email quoting your order number. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation by email.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if one of the following conditions applies:
- We have insufficient stock to fulfil your order
- Incorrect listing of price or product description on our website
- Non-authorisation of payment
Descriptions and variations
Product colour, dimensions and descriptions are portrayed as accurately as possible. However, products may vary slightly from images on the website due to photographic conditions and the production process.
We reserve the right to amend product descriptions at anytime.
Some of our products are made by hand and use natural materials and colours. Some variation in colour and form from product to product may occur. We hope you appreciate these variations as we do.
On receipt of your order, if the goods are damaged or faulty please notify us within 24 hours. Any faulty or broken goods will need to be returned to us before a replacement is dispatched. All shipping for faulty goods will be covered by us.
